NEW DELHI: Sukhjit Pasricha has quit as the chief of human resource of Bajaj Finance and will be joining Kotak Mahindra Bank as its group chief human resources officer (CHRO) soon.

“He will be on a short break after which he will join Kotak in May,” said a person familiar with subject who did not wished to be named.
Before joining IndiGo, the soft-spoken Pasricha worked for Airtel Africa. He holds a degree in Sociology from Panjab University, Chandigarh and an MBA from Guru Nanak Dev University.
