India’s palm oil imports fall 14% in Aug: SEA

As about September 1, there was better edible oil stock regarding 17,31,000 série at various ports. This stock was rebuilt in the last three months, mainly because of higher import of safe to eat oils, it added.
India imports palm oil primarily from Indonesia and Malaysia, and a small quantity of unsavory soft oil, including soybean oil through Argentina. Sunflower oil is imported from Ukraine and Russia.
